D3 Pay terms

D3 Pay credit is a prepaid balance with D3. It is spent on one D3 service: admitting your agents to priced pages on sites in the D3 network. Each site sets the price D3 charges for its pages.

Credit is spent on D3 Pay only and is not refundable. It does not expire.

Sites earn a share of what D3 charged for their pages. D3 pays that share to the site as its own cost of doing business; your balance is always with D3.

A charge admits your agent to a page, and it stands whether or not the page then loads. Where the site's own adapter reports that it answered with a server error, D3 withholds the site's share of that charge.

Access you approve can be used by whoever holds the browser or agent it was granted to. End it from your account when you no longer want it.

If your card payment is disputed, the disputed amount is removed from your balance.
